Homicides, car thefts, crack and crystal.. smoking pot in hallways! throw up in washer machines, cockaroaches, stench of death!!!!

I agree with Cafae , This place is AMAZING! I have never met a better bunch of laid back people in my life . Between all the passing out and burning walls from the fried chicken we was cookin afta dat fiya a$$ kush , and all dat lean DOE!!!! I woke up from the sound of gun shots and thuggin that be all up in heeya , straight up gangsta hoggin mane .

I love finding the deceased bodies in this apt complex it fits my fet ish until the cops come :( btw that old lady that died the other day mmmmm dat donk ;)

I LOVE, Hells Shanker, DragonWolf28, Blue Flintz Jr, and legendaryJC. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST AND THIS APT IS AMAZING IT SMELLS LIKE SWEET SWEET HEISENBERG AND EVERYONE IS NICE AND GIVES ME FREE STUFF LIKE PENCILS FOR SCHOOL! <3

This place was the most awful apartment I've ever live at. When we moved in they boasted about all of the features that the apartments had to offer, however after living there for a while you soon find out that everything only works for three months out of the year. Here's a list of the problems...Elevator constantly broken for months at a time, infestation in almost every part of the building, clothing stolen from laundry room, apt. flooded twice within a year from ancient plumbing that they never fix(only patch), security doors work for a month of the year at best, management is rude, non responsive, and only time the get back to you is when there raising your rent every time its time to renew your lease. I could go on and on but only have so much room. Basically you would have to be high on crack to rent here but if you do you'll fit right in with the other tenants. Scale 1 to 10 its a 1!!!!

These apts advertise controlled access but all security doors are in a constant state of disrepair. Mgt itself routinely bypasses security access by leaving keyed gates propped open. This has the effect of misleading rental prospects by bypassing the non-working doors. The elevator is regularly non-opperable leaving disabled persons stranded on upper floors until repairs are made. The mgt staff is non responsive when requests are made to clean up trash and debris in the stairwells, laundry rooms and other common areas. They also advertise on site mgt 7 days a week. This is false and misleading. Although hours are posted, most often there is no one on site on Sundays and sometimes Saturday.
