I took my Mastiff there for a bad ear infection. They were so gentle with him and I felt very comfortable with the treatment plan for him. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I was dog sitting my "step-dog" and noticed her ears were on fire. I didn't know where to take her but since Rita Ranch Pet Hospital is only 5 min's from our house I decided to give them a shot. I was very impressed and comfortable with the girl who answered the phone. She was very caring and concerned. They were able to get her looked at as soon as the next day. We were warmly welcomed and taken to the exam room. There we had the pleasure of being seen by Ayadecc. She is just great! Mercedes loved her (and the treats of course). Dr. Thongkham came in and made friends with Mercedes. She took great care of her! Even though Mercedes didn't care to be there, they made it as comfortable for her as possible. I highly recommend this place. Great calming atmosphere and wonderful people that really care about your animal!

The vet we'd been seeing was unavailable over the holidays and our oldest dog was VERY sick with diabetes and liver failure, so we called Dr. Lani Krauss who saw us IMMEDIATELY and saved Oskar's life! Her facility has on-site labs and friendly, professional assistants. They are reasonably priced and give EXCELLENT service. Our dogs all LOVE her, and so do we!
