Have taken all my jewelry needs to Robert, AKA Bob, for years. Whether it's something: (a) as simple as resizing a ring, (b) honestly telling you when a piece of sentimental jewelry can't be fixed (and not charging you for his time or doing subpar work), or (c) finding a special gem stone to replace a lost one, he is the best. He is a fantastically talented professional while being very helpful, honest, and personable. That's a rare combination which makes Robert a (jeweler) "gem".

I inherited an antique wedding set, which I took to 6 jewelers in the Tucson area. Robert's sized it (added gold) and repaired all of the worn prongs to prevent loss of the diamonds for 1/4 of the cost others wanted. Their workmanship was excellent, and they cleaned and polished it so it looked like new!

I am so glad I found them, and will use them for all of my future jewelry needs.
