Rod Robertson auto auction misrepresented a vehicle that I bid on and won in their online auction. The pics and description of runs and operable were untrue. The front driver tire was concaved in, the wiring was pulled out and falling out of the door and glove box and was inoperable, the car wouldn't stay running or shift into forward or reverse. I didn't sign the vehicle release form. I complained to them and asked for my only back. In response Rod Robertson kept my money, the vehicle, the title and the keys, I am pursuing legal action against them.
