Incompetent, lazy, rude, lousy attitude, late, fail to show up. Then if you refuse for something they didn't do and/or something they screwed up completely because they have no idea what they're doing, they threaten collections if the bill isn't paid within 7 days. FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND, NOT TO MENTION YOUR BANK ACCOUNT, STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

We had a roof leak and we were in desperate need of help, We contacted Ronnie's for assistance. They came right over 1 hour after we called, We had water dripping in our house which created mold in our insulation. Not only did they respond to us quickly but took care of it right away. This is our first time using their services and we are VERY HAPPY. I don't know what these other reviews are talking about, We will be calling them again.

This "service" is horrible. My wife called them when I was out of town and not only did they not fix the issue, they created a bigger one and still billed for four hours. I paid their bill to avoid a continuing hassle with them, but CONSUMERS beware!!!

GREAT JOB! I had just recently hired them to do multiple jobs in a timely manner, not only did they get the job done for a really great price but the employees were very knowledgable and helpful. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN!

Don't do it!! Worst customer service I've ever encountered, to top off the fact that their technicians are amateurs. They lie about their ability to fix issues, then band-aid them so they can charge you. They don't stand behind their work and overall are very painful to deal with. In summary- there's a reason why they are not licensed contractors.
