Our service representative Dave Loper and the rest of the staff at royal Buick have done an excellent job at taking care of all of our needs, wether it's a broken windshield wiper to a tire alignment they provide us quick and efficient service and are honest at informing us on what is happening with our hummer. They are so friendly that my wife feels comfortable to call and go in by herself. Which normally at another dealership this would never happen. I would reccomend stongly that you take any car from royal, especially a used one to a good mechanic because their 80 point check certified vehicle guarentee is useless. I took a certified buick to my mechanic and he found major problems, so bad in fact that royal did not want to spend the time or money to fix it. They declined to sell it to me which was good I guess, said they were going to wholesale it, however they are still showing it as available on their web site. Buyer beware be very aware.
