Imagine calling a company for 3 weeks for an appointment only to have them put you off, not return calls.



I called this company the 1st week of March, 2016, to do my dad's taxes.



They couldn't find his file. She insisted it wasn't in their database. She'd call me back.



No one did.



Next week, I called again, same response: Couldn't find the file. Amy took a message.



The next week, I spoke with Mr. Wengren. He found the file! He said someone would call, set up an appointment.



No one called.



I called today & spoke with Karen again. She repeated: You're not in our database. She'd have to call me back.



She called back! She said my dad had chosen to go elsewhere. What?!



My dad is deceased.



Someone had decided to make up a story.



I repeated it was an estate, and wanted them to do his taxes and mine, she said: "It's too late now. We're booked. We could file an extension. But, you just might want to go somewhere else. Not to sound mean, or anything."



Wow. Just wow...
