I recently took my Chieftain in because the generator was making some strange noises. Being a woman I was concerned about taking it to someone I hadn't worked with before but they diagnosed the problem, fixed it and I was out of there with less than $300 out of pocket. Great service. But the guy who was the service manager was standing around smoking while the one technician did all the work. I noticed no smoking signs but this guy was the kind that the rules don't apply I guess. i took my rv in to have the diesel generator serviced as it was overheating, these guys never even looked into the problem but instead they sold me a run board for $750 and then proceded to burn up my battery charger/converter some how and when i got home my generator only puts out 82 volts!! They dont care and i have no recourse. They are not honest and i should have known when i pulled up to the service area, what a joke. dont get ripped of like me. Stay Away!!
