Stevens helped us get our home items inventoried, packed and shipped to Mexico. It was easier than our previous moves in the States. They caught issues with some of our non-US made products...would have been a 200% Mexico Customs tax! We definitely will use them again for our seasonal returns to US and recommend them. -Jay N.

I called them abt getting my cargo from San Francisco to Mexico Df, they were very informative and clear abt the processing and gave me a reasonable quote to pu in SF and cross in Nog Az and deliver stright thru to Mex Df. Hello all:Stevens International was wonderful to work with; they are very professional and efficient. I shipped a lot of books, high end electronics and modular furniture to Puerto Vallarta area from Seattle They provided a quote and contract and stuck to the agreed amounts. No surprises thank goodness. I found them through the Mexican Consulate and through Google. I also used stevens as a importer for my belongings and stuff from US to Mexico. They were very straight forward and to the point, they are very professional and on time. The moving part, overwhelming at first but they explained the process and how to pack everything. One important factor is to label everything especially electronics and fragile stuff so that they and the customs guys know how to handle. They recommended paying for wood crating $$ and I took their advice, so glad/ everything arrived fine! The workers were local and knew of where to get extra boxes and packing materials I needed. My expectations were met, the customs crossing was very detailed inspection and took a bit of patience but they kept me in the loop and kept me posted. Delivery was quick and simple. Great service, reasonable pricing and professional. I shipped my cargo from USA border to Cancun and they assisted me with the necessary paperwork inspections and customs clearance. During customs inspection they noticed that I had not packed some of items correctly and they helped secure and protect the furniture with blankets wrap and cardboard. I am very happy with their service. Make sure to ask about their AARP discount.Wendy :)

Good service at a reasonable price, call them they are based in Tucson Ariz. They were very professional and on time. This company is very good at explaining the importation process into Mexico. I imported some commercial equipment and also sent my entire office from Oregon to Mexico, with no surprises or problems. I thank them for their work, job well done...HankCEO

Stevens international did a great job. They helped me in all the consulate details and they gave me a reasonable price and wonderful service. Nothing broken or missing and they were on time. They even helped find a bunch of used boxes at a great price. I moved from Northern Cal to Playa del Carmen and I am so happy here.I would gladly recommend them. Gracias amigos.

These guys are very good and honest. We moved from Canada and they did all the paperwork for export and all the papers for Mexico too. Stevens International moved me from NW Seatac area to Nuevo Vallarta, very happy with the service, they were ON TIME and professional, provided all the forms and assisted in my inventory list for the consulate. They were honest and refreshingly patient, I am grateful for the guidance and for delivering all my stuff to me here in Mexico. Nothing broken or missing, I paid for the unpacking (worth every penny my friends). I had five guy crew arrive and work work work efficiently and with great pride in their work, no messing around, no cussing and all clean cut guys at pick up and delivery. The level of service really surprised me based upon previous moves in the US. OK here is the best part..the truth is going from the States to Mexico IS at first pretty daunting.. BUT these guys (stevens) actually allowed me to relax and made it a fun memorable experience for me and my partner. We just used the services of Stevens International and these guys did a great job. They were patient, helpful and very efficient. The crew was polite and well mannered and obviously experienced. We are an older couple with lots of collectibles and they were very careful with our belongings. Nothing broken or missing. They assisted us with all the inventory and consulate stuff too. Excellent service and value. I called them based on positive referrals on line, I was not disappointed. I moved from San Fran to Guadalajara and they took care of all the customs clearance and transportation from door to door! I had called other moving companies and most did not return calls, 2 other companies wanted to send my stuff thru Texas, seemed genuinely uninformed about Mexico and quoted significantly higher. One company i called actually said it was their first move to Mexico, daaang, I immediately called Stevens back.From the very beginning Stevens International ( Ramses-manager ) was courteous and professional and was very careful with my stuff, nothing damaged or missing (thank goodness). I thought it was great how they plastic wrap most everything and used tons of blankets; (for a small fee) they helped us out and hauled away all the old boxes and moving material trash when we unpacked, make sure you do this. I checked- There is no where to take the old boxes in downtown Guadalajara. Very happy with Stevens international, they are based in Tucson Az but they are all over the USA and deliver anywhere in Mexico. Ask for the corporate rate we saved about 10%. Stevens international was professional, on budget and on time. I was very concerned about shipping my cargo to Mexico; I did not understand the how, why and where of the transportation and I do not speak fluent Spanish. Stevens was truly helpful in orienting me and explaining the process. I saved time and money and avoided possible mistakes in shipping my cargo.Call them-- Ask for Ramses, he is pretty cool, fully bilingual and is VERY patient. Hasta la vista en Mexico....!
