This Company needs to improve on employee rights and stop punishing disabled workers for job performance by lower the minimum wages lower then the current rates, It is illegal and I believe the ADA protects people in employment setting from abuse from their Employers even if they are sheltered Employment. Employers should not retaliate if a Employee contacts files a complaint with the ADA or their HR Department or Lawyer. Don;t stand or abuse or discrimination, get help and stand up for your rights and get justice for for those who do wrong in any setting where anyone is being mistreated. Never give up and stay strong !!
