Very efficient office, wonderful staff, with extremely nice and helpful DPM. Messed up very cracked, chipped, and painful feet due to dry/cold winter and poor foot care on my part. Dr. Shih treated immediately. I feel confident of good treatment outcome under his care.

Staff was very professional and I was seen by Dr. Shih on time. He walked me through my diagnosis and how I can improve my condition over time. Would definitely go back for any other foot/ankle issue.

It’s always a pleasure going to Head to Toe with both Dr Shih and Dr Z. Staff is professional, attentive and friendly. Both Dr Shih and Dr Z are truly professionals in their fields of expertise. I trust them completely.

Dr. Shih is an excellent podiatrist. He not only listens to his patients but he hears them. Has excellent bedside manners.

After over 2,000 dollars not only is there no improvement, they are really going after me for payment. This is a scam! Run away!!

These people are not very good. sold us a full size boot for a broken pinky toe. They also charged us about 3 times the normal amount for all things, including some herbal pills that you can buy at whole foods for 20 bucks, they sold them to us for 90 bucks. The billing office refuses to cooperate or return calls. Don't waste your time, find another podi doc in Tucson that is mature, knowledgeable, and knows how to bill and work with patients.

This doctor is very expensive, he charges for EVERYTHING, things that are usually covered under the umbrella of office visit. He's not a very good doctor. After my recent incredibly expensive visit, I learned that everything he diagnosed was wrong and the orthotics he made were wrong. He will not take them back or alter them, so basically it's too bad for me. Try someone else, save some money, save some time.
