I booked a ride from Phoenix-Mesa Airport to a hotel in Tucson leaving Phoenix around midnight ) in March 2012. I paid in advance by cc for the ticket and gratuity (plus extra for the dropoff at the hotel) - it was a little over $125., which I thought was reasonable. (Airfare to the Tucson Airport rather than Williams/Mesa would have been much more than $100 more.) The person I talked to was clear that there would be an additional $35. fee (divided amongst the riders, paid to the driver) if there were fewer than 4 people taking that shuttle from Phoenix to TucsonLater I added a reservation for my son to accompany me. His fee was only $25. for the same trip; I was asked to pay it in cash to the driver.Our plane was more than an hour late, so we missed the 'regularly scheduled' shuttle to Tucson. However, we were picked up within a few minutes of arrival by a driver who took us by car to Tucson.I was pleased with the service.

After scheduling a 3:15pm pickup with Tucson and Pheonix Shuttle service they left me standing for an hour without even the courtsey of a phone call to let me know they would be late. After calling the shuttle service i was then given the number of the driver to call directly. I called the driver directly (he sounded either drunk or under the influence of something). He then informed me that he would see "if he could make it" to pick me up. I ended up have to have someone else drive me from Tucson to Sky Harbor Airport in Pheonix. Im still trying to get the manager to call me back so i can get a refund (it's been 6 weeks)
