I bought a 2010 Rav 4 Limited. I had a very positive experience and the vehicle I bought is awesome. They advertised as a one car owner which when I did a Carfax vehicle history report was true. The one down side is that they do not have any kind of option to take the car off site to have it looked at by your mechanic. They do have a 15 day warranty on the engine and transmission or 500 miles. I had it checked out after the purchase and had an A+ check up! It's very difficult to trust a car salesman especially as a woman. These guys were super nice and respectful. I love love my new wheels. Thanks for a positive experience!

I went to Weiss Guys Auto two times looking for a car. The first time I was in a really bad pinch as my other car had just broken down and I needed it replaced asap. At that time I decided that I was not able to afford a payment and did not get a car with them. A few months went by and I started to look for a car again. After saving money for a down payment. Something about the service there stuck out in my head so I went back and did end up getting a car through them a 2005 Dodge Neon, that I have had for 6 months now and love! This was after, the research that I did on the company, the probably billion questions I asked them, and being pretty much disgusted with every thing else I looked at!

I am not normally one to write a review for somewhere... typically I just don't care enough too. I read the reviews here though, and I find them to be extremely inaccurate! Yes, Weiss Guys, just like any auto, or bank financed loan will take your car right off of your property if you are not paying your car payment! Now, these guys are so understanding and helpful that the only way this would happen is if you are late on your car payment every week and aren't communicating with them. They give you options, and plenty of warning they do not just come and take your vehicle with out trying to communicate with you or without just cause.

These people do care about their customers, they have too! They are a small pre-owned car lot that needs customers by word of mouth. If I were to tell everyone they were awful and dishonest because they took my car away, but it was because I was not paying my car payment or keeping insurance on my vehicle that would be very wrong of me to blame them for something I caused. Honesty is always the best route to go, if you are embarrassed that this happened, you can not blame them for it, because you were the one in the wrong! Why should they let you keep a car that they still own, and take money out of their pockets that feeds their family? Get my drift here?

Anyways, if you are still reading this you are wondering why I only gave them four stars, when I like them so much! It is because every company no matter how great they are always has room for improvement. Something that I think could be worked on is the ability to communicate more easily through other means than just the telephone. We live in an era of multiple ways of communication!

All and all I think if you are looking for good honest people, and would like a car that is going to work for you these are your people. I am not saying that Weiss Guys is going to be every ones cup of tea, because they can't please everyone that walks through their door. But they do the best they can, and that is what counts!
