This business is no different from any of the other monopolies in Tucson. Their services are overpriced and the customer service is terrible. My water, sewage and trash usage totaled $38 last month but somehow my total bill was $104 with all of their fees. This is a shame that companies can charge astronomical fees like this and show utter disdain for the people they are charging because their customers have no other options for services.

I had my house built in the Co...

I had my house built in the Corona De Tucson (Santa Rita Ranch II) area 3 years ago and on the 1st inspection it failed by the water department and had a problem for the first year. They have had to replace my stuck water meter 5 times in 3 years. Then they average out my water bill from the previous years and that triples from my original $60.00 a month water bill. I found out that when building this area they gave the community a bad batch of meters, and I continue to get the same batch. When my meter gets stuck they come out and fix it without notifying me and then I get a huge water bill. I was told, but not sure of this yet, that when my water meter gets stuck I should only be paying the surcharge of about $18.00, but that has never happened. I have called multiple times to complain and was told I have to pay what they figured the bill to be by estimation. I can’t figure out how they go from a $60.00 water bill to a $200.00 water bill. I have all my water bills from when I moved in to current and have made a list of every time the meter was stuck from the water department. I have talked to the water department and they say they can’t do anything about this problem. I think they are wrong. I would love to hear from others that have this same problem. A community meeting would be great. Will keep readers informed.

SEVENTY FIVE!!!!



I have a beef. They say on their recording when on hold, that due to financial situaitons, there are not many operators so the hold time will be long, and in their bills I have seen them talk about their hard times too... SO WHY are they building a zillion dollar fancy new building for themselves on the east side of town at houghton and 22nd? Im sure they would say they got the money from somekind of a fund set aside for them years ago, but I think the voters would like that money taken back, and put someplace else.



They are building a fancy building - but they cant hire a phone answering person, so their customers are on hold 75 min.



Go figure.



And that is my Beef!

Their prices are to high too.
