Unicoa has great, easy to work with Customer Service! They respond timely and complete work in record time! Best experience ever with a company in this industry… I would recommend them to anyone & everyone!

Took a 4-1/2" grinder in for repair under warranty. They had it for 13 weeks before I was able to pick it up. I called at least every couple of weeks to check the status and was told it was being worked on and would be ready the next day.



I finally dropped by to get the status and was told they ordered the wrong part for it but got the right one in and would have it ready to go in an hour. Took another three weeks after that!



I never once received any calls informing me of status of the repair nor did I receive any sort of apology for taking so long.



I would highly recommend you go elsewhere for repairs, or for that matter, anything from this place. It is unprofessionally operated and managed.
