I was referred to John by a sports doctor who had diagnosed me with a sports hernia. I could barely walk after playing basketball and I certainly couldn't work out or run.

John quickly diagnosed my situation and showed me exactly where the problem was causing me pain and what to do about it. Within just a few weeks after doing the stretches and exercises he recommended I was running and playing basketball again.
