This allows the agent to conduct their business in a very individualized manner. You will never pay a franchise fee in our firm. Referral fees are paid like a normal split. We are primarily a residential real estate firm. We also specialize in gov't home sales, Land and new construction. Our agents also market investment & income properties. We do not participate in property management or business brokerage.
