I made a verbal agreement with Greg in October 2016 that he still has not honored. I gave him my 1965 mobile home in exchange for him moving it out of the community it was in at no charge to me. I made this agreement because the home was in such bad shape--it needed a LOT of repairs so I didn't believe I'd have much luck trying to sell it. He agreed to move it out by the end of November 2016. He still hasn't moved the mobile home out so, of course, the community is still coming after me for lot rent. Now that I've (stupidly) turned over the title he doesn't answer my calls, I can't leave him a message because his message mailbox is always full and he doesn't reply to my text messages either. In my opinion he's a crook.

Horrible service, doesn't answer calls, won't return messages, doesn't show when he says he will, has every excuse and does shoddy work.
