Awful! Wanted to take my 2 daughters for a day out. Looked at the website;the salon looked relaxing. The salon is just what the photos show. The girl who greeted us was very friendly,once she greeted us. We did arrive early, but the nail techs who saw us didn't acknowledge us. Positive: we were able to exchange full sets for shellac. My chair was broken. My techn never spoke to me. There were no hand or foot massages. The radio was VERY loud & 2 TVs were on; add to that screaming kids that came in 1/2 way thru visit.We were so tense by the time we left. Now, 5 days later, my toenails are chipped badly; 5 of the gel nails are peeled off. Paid for another manicure today as Voluptuous manicure was awful. Daughter just re-did her nails as they were also peeling. I don't like to complain, but we had an awful experience. Sorry.
