STAY AWAY. I'm being held host...

STAY AWAY. I'm being held hostage by my home warranty. No AC for 3 weeks in over 100 degree weather. We have had 2 pets die. They would not schedule install till I commit to optional charges. Should not even get 1 star!

Horrible!!! Worst service ever...

Horrible!!! Worst service ever!!! My AC broke down. Three weeks later, and neither repairs, no updates on the status happenned. Called every day to only receive an answer: we will check and call you right back. Nobody has ever returned my calls. It is 95 degrees in my house and I am considering just buying the new unit and having somebody else install it. Do not do any bissiness with that company!!!!

E&A Mechanical came out to my ...

E&A Mechanical came out to my house to fix my air conditioning system the other day. They were assigned to fix my air conditioning through my home warranty company, First American. I had previously been sent other companies by First American to service my AC system, and let me tell you, those other companies caused me nothing but headaches. I had to constantly cancel appointments, technicians wouldn't show up, it was a nightmare. With E&A Mechanical, everything was extremely smooth and quick. They called me to schedule an appointment almost immediately after I sent in my claim and made it comfortable to live in my house once again. The people who schedule appointments are extremely nice and the technician made sure to explain the problem with my AC system and what was done to fix it. Overall, very happy with this company, thank you so much!

TERRIBLE company...Avoid at all costs....The technician is extremely rude and useless and the company is not trustworthy..I actually caught supervisor is many lies about service date, part delivery..etc.....I would be scared of using any Air or heating device they installed or repair.....I have already reported them to better business bureau

We were also assigned this company by our Home Warranty Program. They were TERRIBLE from the start. Poor communication, zero follow up, rude, the WORST. We have been waiting for our A/C unit to be fixed for 14 days and they just told us it would be another 5 days minimum because one of their technicians wouldn't drive 20 min to pick up the new part. We offered to go pick up the part ourselves, but they just kept giving us the round-a-round. Every time they say they'll call to give us an update we never hear back from them. We tried to get another company sent out but the Home Warranty said they couldn't. The home warranty has been almost as bad. They are responsible for having them as one of their vendors.

Never EVER use this company. My family was left in the cold for a full month while they kept either not showing up at agreed upon times - or failing to supply the correct part. Then they told me to just find another company. So cheap - SO RUDE on the phone. They really don't care. Total fraud of a company.



If your heater breaks, DO NOT call them... ANYBODY ELSE would be better.

This business is not to be trusted. They were dispatched by my home warranty company. They did a quick review, broke my system further by disconnecting two ducts from each other, never went on the roof to look at the unit itself and then left. Now, months later, they claimed to my warranty company that I didn't pay them, when I in fact have a cancelled check showing I did. Now I have to waste my time trying to prove that I don't owe them any money. You should avoid these guys.

This company is horrible. Customer service is as bad as any service company I've ever used. Their management was completely unresponsive. Our air conditioning went out 3 weeks ago. Never called us back about parts they were waiting. Lied to us about certain parts we needed "for code". And made appointments for which they didn't show and refused to take responsibility for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU'LL BE VERY SORRY IF YOU DO.

Avoid at all costs. I wish I could give less than one star. These guys came out to fix my AC unit. They've been out THREE times in the last 5 days and it still isn't fixed. I have company coming from out of state tomorrow and now have to find someone else to fix a problem TODAY that should have been remedied a week ago. They were sent out by First American Homebuyers Protection (another BIG Ripoff!). Complete waste of time and money.

P.S. Notice how all of their 5 star reviews happen within a two week period. Some on the same day!! Trying to mislead the public...

My AC broke down on Sat. Googled ac companies in the area, found a bunch of them, but none of them were available until Monday or Tuesday... I had a lunch party planned for Sunday and wanted to make sure that AC is working, since it was supposed to be around 90! E & A came out same day & fixed the problem! Thank you E & A Mechanical!

i would always have problems with my furnace other hvac company would come so often and ever since i contact E&A i havent had any type of issues for my unit. There the best there customer service is great,service tech took his time to check my furnace and fixed it,really nice guy so professional would defently recomend this hvac company to service your home

Shopped around to replace my ac unit. Got few bids from different companies in the Valley. But E & A gave me the best price. I also really liked the estimator - Alex - that came out. He was very knowledgeable. They did the job in one day! Very fast and absolutely headache free. Would definitely recommend to others!

Avoid if you can

I had an AC motor issue. It needed to be replaced. They have come out 4 times now for the same problem in the span of 2 weeks, and each time the issue persisted.



Their staff is very bad at getting back to you, their servicemen are rude, and overall dealing with them is a very poor experience.



Pick another AC company at random before you pick these guys.‎

Great service!

E & A was sent out to my house, which we just moved into, by my insurance company and all I can say is that the service was GREAT! Setting up appt was easy, technician came out the same day & fixed my package unit. He was very friendly & helpful, explained to me what was wrong with my unit & even spent about 15 extra minutes teaching me how to use my new thermostat. Thanks E & A!!!
