The service or lack of that I received when working with Answering Specialists was shocking and over all a complete nightmare. I STRONGLY suggest that all companies considering their services research other more reputable answering services. I also suggest looking at the complaints on the Better Business Bureau website that have been filed against Answering Specialists, I am not the only client to receive less than poor customer service. I was charged for 15 phone calls in a two month period and only actually received 1 of the 15 messages. The owner Tim Harlan is very argumentative and lacks assuming any accountability for mistakes made by his company. I asked for the details of these 15 calls to be emailed to me on March 21, 2012 and it is April 2, 2012 and I have not received ANY of the messages. Needless to say I’ve since cancelled my services and hired a new answering service that actually delivers the messages I pay for. I have only ever reviewed a company with a negative response on yahoo one time. For this company to have been pushed me to the point of taking the time to warn others about their extremely poor services was very severe and I hope everyone who reads this takes my advice and proceeds with great caution if they choose to work with Answering Specialists.
