Company was not supposed to install blinds until all arrived. Took a week to get an appointment. One blind was missing from the order. Took a week just to FIND the blind and another week to set up a second appointment. Day of the second appointment I called to confirm that morning. I was home ALL DAY the installer never showed up. Tried to call numerous times, no response. Talked with owner the next day and he called me a liar and insisted that his guy showed up. Refused to try and help correct the situation and refused to send someone else out. Said they can come out another 8 days later to install it. Completely unprofessional. I ordered my blinds April 20th it took only 2 weeks to actually MAKE the custom order blinds and today is May 25 and still don't have all my blinds and am expected to wait another 8 days. INCREDIBLE. HOME DEPOT should be ashamed.

Very rude installers. The guy didn't want to cut the valences to match the window size when I insisted he was very rude to me and left without finishing his work.

This Company was fast and efficient. The installers were nice and able to answer all my questions from start to finish for my project. Very highly recommended!
