I purchased all of my Pandora charms and necklace at this Jared location. Also, started a bracelet for my granddaughter. After my last experience, I will not be back as my trust is gone. I went in to pick up the diamond earring I purchased on line. The salesgirl was pushing maintenance agreements, new backs etc. She offered to clean my wedding ring. She came back quickly and told me the ring could not be cleaned as there were 4 loose stones and it would cost around $500.00 to repair. I said I would have to talk to my husband. I stopped by Fred Meyer and one other jeweler on my way home....NO LOOSE STONES! I was told by both jewelers that nothing needed to be done to my ring. I informed Jared of this. About 2 weeks later I get a scribbled (on white copy paper) that she had failed to give me my diamond certificate. Scribbled is being kind. Very, very tacky. Again, I will not be back. Beware!

My wife & I bought our wedding rings from them and they were wonderful! Their prices were better than other Jewelers and the service was excellent. Every time I go in they are friendly, offer me snacks & drinks, and take care of whatever I need. Thank you guys very much.
