Provided by YP.comMy husband and I have been in twice. Once to combine our accounts after we were married and then to upgrade my phone. Both times we were helped by a man named Julio. He was really helpful and nice. My husband was not happy after hearing there was a 30.00 dollar upgrade fee that Verizon has just started charging. Even with how unhappy my husband was with the whole upgrade charge, we were still very happy with the customer service we received from Julio.
