The security does nothing about the panhandlers, druggies and other scum frequenting the casino, but when I walked in with my 40lb. friendly dog, three of them were all over me, telling me I had to go. Anybody friendly they had working for them they seem to be running out. I'm done with them.

Smaller casino, more personal touch

NEW UPDATE: The header of this review dates back to my original assessment years ago, and YP doesn't allow us to change or remove thses things. The "exciting new gaming lounge" is gone. Good riddance. In it's place they've opened...a nightclub. They could have saved a lot of money and time by asking their customers what we really wanted in the first place. The sight-lines are marginally worse, and the stage is a design disaster. The dance floor is marginally larger, but who cares? There is real food service in the new one, but nothing to go out of your way for. The big draw this place used to have was the parties on fight nights and during football games, but they are doing that sporadically now, or not at all. The Torch steakhouse, which used to be fairly decent, continues to spiral down as well. Continue to bypass until the management starts treating their clientele as more than wallets with people inconveniently attached to them. I wish I could take away the one star they have left on my review, but YP won't allow a zero-star rating. At this point, QCC deserves a negative star.

UPDATE: This place was tops when they had a nightclub, but since it has closed there’s really no reason to go and I’ve dropped my ratings to one star. On top of removing the primary draw, they did it with almost no announcement. I checked with them when their calendar stopped showing fights and games, and they joyfully informed me that they were replacing one of the best sports nightclubs in the area with “an exciting new gaming lounge”. Exciting to whom? The only combination I can imagine worse than to mix drinking and gambling, it’s to mix drinking and driving. The place still has a fairly good little steakhouse, but it doesn’t seem to be as good as it used. I also notice that they are no longer doing the Monday hotseat drawings on the table games, which means even less reason to drop in. The service is still fairly friendly, but that also seems to have cooled off. Goodbye, QCC, nobody’s going to miss you as you lose money on this lame-brained idea…my advice to everybody is to bypass Marysville and the Tulalup res entirely and go on up the road to Angel of the Winds. That’s where I’m headed.

Original review: Unlike it's big sister up the the road (Tulalip), this one provides a hands-on approach from a friendly staff. It's never hard to order or find help. Best of all, they actually want to know your name! The sports nightclub at the back is fun, with lots of great free nights entertainment. The minimum at the lowest BlackJack table is $3 most of the week, jumping to a paltry $5 on Friday and Saturday. The annual party on SuperBowl Sunday is a standout, with great free food, lots of giveaways and games during halftime. The waitstaff and the hostesses (dressed as football refs) are wonderful. NB: this party is by invite-only, so if you aren't a regular, get to know a regular and bum a trip in with him.
