The branch manager Arcelia Haynes gets zero stars. She has been extremely unfriendly and rude on more than 1 occasion. She should work on her customer service skills :) Bank of the West lost a customer of over 10 years because of her. Bank of the West in Tulare continues to go downhill...poor service, slow service, and no one that actually cares about the customers.

This Bank of the West has the worst customer service. THE WORST. I go there multiple times a week and it never fails how rude their employees are. And you will easily wait over 10 minutes in their drive-thru. Not because you are waiting for other cars ahead of you, but for waiting for someone to actually notice you are there. Once I waited over 10 minutes, then I rang the buzzer and the older women was upset with me because they were busy. I was shocked!! Didn't apologize....NOTHING. I have been a faithful customer for years to this particular location and feel that it is time to finally part ways.

Bank of the West is horrible. Their overdraft policy is aweful and they don't tell you anything about this $5 daily overdraft fee until you go in and try and pay off any overdrafts. Also, they are not there to help you, they are there to keep and put money in their own pockets. I never felt like they were my friends or even responsible, trusting people to put my money in the hands of. DO NOT BANK HERE. There are so many better banks in town than this piece of junk establishment. I never write revuews, good or bad, usually but this bank seriously pushed my buttons.
