I travel from Fresno to Tulare to get my car serviced. Never had any problems, always fast and friendly service. I bought my Cadillac DTS from Merle Stone and would never consider taking to another dealer or some shade tree mechanic.

Don't waist your time with Service Department

Service department will absolutely not touch your truck if it is lifted in anyway. I went in for an oil change and recall on the windshield wiper heating element. I was told per the owner, they will not do any work on a lifted truck. If this has happened to you and they have refused to work on your truck, complain to Chevy directly 18002221020.
