Since I lived out of town it was important to get a good realtor. How lucky for me when a family member recommended Kevin Blain as the best realtor to list my home in Tulare. I was instantly impressed with Kevin's experience and knowledge of the industry and the local market. He was professional, honest, accessible, and consistently made me feel like my listing was a priority. During the time my home was listed an interior pipe broke and the house flooded. Kevin assigned his team member, Sarah Simmons, to work with me through four months of devastating problems.
