As my first time there the staff were very friendly. They helped me out n even found a used bike there too. So its nice to be able to recycle n get paid. Ill be returning back:)

I like to go to tulare iron to recycle. It is fast and easy to unload. All the employees are nice, eager to help and extreamly friendly. I can haul in 3 full loads compared to the competitors 1 full load. It's a little bit of a drive for me but it is worth it. I highly recommend this place they fit all your recycling needs.

I travel around the US replacing computer networks and often have a heavy load of steel, Stainless, aluminum and insulated copper wiring to recycle. It is a consistant amount from every site and even though the prices vary from state to state, the weight is always within a few pounds. I have NEVER felt so ripped off as this company made me feel. I loaded and unloaded all the steel from my truck and these attendants told me is was only 100 lbs, and as the ticket said EXACTLY 100 lbs. I sold them the same metal I have sold dozens of other recyclers and it ranges from 400 to 600 pounds. Three of the dozen peices I left there weigh 45 pounds each. When I brought this to their attention, and they balked at it weighing more, they then refused to allow me to take the metal back out of their yard. I was treated like the plague, and disrespected. A swell as the wire I sold them added up to almost 200lbs, but when I read the ticket it showed only 137lbs. These people are a rip off, stay away and take your business elsewhere.
