I wouldn't take my daughter to any other doctor. Dr Sanchez and his staff are some of the nicest people I know and they genuinely care about peoples health. My family sees him, my friends and they all love him.

Treat you like a a paycheck

First of all I normally see the VA for my medical needs. Unfortunately they were unable to fit me in so I chose to go to a local clinic instead of driving to Fresno VA. I have very good insurance. When being seen by the medical student she was very thorough and professional. It all went bad after the med student saw me. I went to the front desk clerk and she informed me they were unable to verify my insurance and was basically holding my prescription for ransom even though they had allready collected my $15 copayment. So I got on the phone a and got the verification they wanted. So we she handed me my script I noticed it was medicines I still had from previous issues with my lower back. I then decided to let them keep there script and left. I was very frustrated not really getting any help and was on the phone with my wife and she asked me why I didn't tell the doctor for something different. When I let the front office lady keep the script most offices would talk to the doctor to see if there was anything different they could do. Ok so I am speaking to my wife in the parking lot and notice that the doctors office is calling me. I'm thinking wow maybe they are going to do something after all. Unfortunately I was wrong they were just calling to let me know I dropped my wallet in the office. So I walk back in and get my wallet and decide to say something about I felt unhappy about the service. The office manager I assume a man just looked at me and said sorry to here that and turned his back on me. That's when I blew up. I probably went to far. They treated me like a junky looking for pain pills and then had me call my insurance before anything else. I must admit I screamed and cussed after he did that to me but please understand I was in a lot of pain. So I went home and my wife took me to another clinic and it went very well. I saw the doctor before I had to pay and they noticed the pain I was in and offered me a choice of 2 shots. 1 being Demerol and the other was toredol. I chose the toredol because it has worked in the past. If I was the junkie they treated me like I would have gone for the demoral. The only reason I am giving it 2 stars is because the med student was very professional and had good bed side manner. Everything else was awfull. I would not recommend going here for anything dealing with pain because they probably get a lot of junkies and there for treat you like one. I have taken my kids and wife there before and was content with the service but will never go again
