Happy with the service. Happy with the staff. It has really came along ways from a few years ago. And better financing options.

Great, convenient, fast. Friendly. Everyone knows what they are doing and works as a team. And Monday's seems to be least busy.

Every Western Dental Center is the same: Sucks! It just waste of time.

Filthy disgusting place if you want to have your staff cross contaminate, be little you, have no idea what the heck there doing, not even preform the job that you were scheduled for than this is the place for you. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy

I arrived early for my appointment and the recpetionist hadn't submitted my chart until an hour and a half of waiting when I asked when I would be called. I waited two and a half hours total to get x-rays and to be seated in another area to wait for the doctor. When another 30 minutes had passed, I was told that it wouldn't be at least another half hour before I was seen. When I asked to speak with the manager, they told me to just come back another day. When the manager Gina Ballesteros finally came out, she could've cared less. I told her what happened, she shrugged her shoulders and said, "Okay..?" I asked her what that meant and she said "I don't know what you expect me to do about it. There are plenty of other Medi-Cal customers just like you, so I don't see a problem." I called the corporate number, and they said that I experienced a regular wait time, and they're sorry I didn't like it. They had nothing to say about the manager's behavior.
