FANTASTIC MEX CUISINE - Worth a long drive (i live in Ruidoso, NM)

BEST menu items, IMNSHO, THICK PORK CHOPS and Seafood Enchilada... Service & atmosphere and taste have always been GREAT, also a nice curio shop, convenient to find on the SE main drag (US70, next to Shell station). One of my top restaurants at age 78 as a full time RV'er, retired Army world traveler (lived/dined in Germany & Vietnam/Laos, toured Thailand, Italy, France, Switzerland, Austria, Holland, Belgium, SE Asia, Japan, born in Hawaii, many cruises & now live to eat/dine) I KNOW, not just GOOD, but GREAT food!

The first time I ate here the food was great. The second time was awful. So awful that I will not go back. I ordered the "sea food" enchiladas, and I was literally served an imitation crab stick wrapped in a tortilla with red sauce. The menu said "crab meat", and I NEVER would have ordered this dish if they made it clear it was imitation crab stick (which contains no crab at all!). To top it all off, it was the most expensive enchilada on the menu. So so disappointed!
