My mom has been sick for over a week. Her appointment was for 3pm, but they said to be there at 2:45. She's not a new client, so that makes no sense. It was a car side visit so she wouldn't be around other people, plus she was very tired and weak.We sat and sat and sat. Finally the nurse came out, gave her a covid test, and said the doctor would be out to see her. We sat and sat and sat again, finally the physician assistant came out, listened to her lungs, and took her inside for an x-ray. We waited for an hour after her x-ray. I told her at 4:45 to call. It went straight to the voicemail! So I went inside and said look, we've been waiting for an hour for the results of my mom's x-ray! She's tired and weak and needs to go home and rest! The lady asked her name and looked at her computer for a minute, then said to go on home, she'd send the doctor a message to review the x-ray and she'd call with the results. Then SHE had to call the doctor this morning, no one called her! They said bronchitis and sent 2 scripts to Walgreens. Not a single simple apology for yesterday! Mom says she's not going back. She likes the doctor and the office people, but yesterday was absolutely inexcusable, considering the possible seriousness of her situation!
