I had no problem with the owner with my dogs being groomed until I brought up trying to bring my cat inside for a flea dip. Mind you, this was about a nineteen year old declawed cat. I was just worried about hurting him because of his arthritis and she has all the equipment to do dogs. She is so anti-cat her face actually contorted in horror at the very idea and then she went off on me on how she never would bathe cats and on and on her rant. I was insulted, demeaned as a customer and wanted to leave after that, but then I felt forced to stay to be polite. She had to redeem herself and went on and on about how she saved dogs and I nodded and waited patiently. I have never received such rude service. Ten minutes I had to listen to her go off about cats and her rescue work. I would not visit again because of her hostility towards these animals and me. Would not recommend and would not visit her shop again. This event took place at a previous location years ago. She moved once, and as soon as I found out she moved here, I realized I could not go here for grooming services. EVER. I liked the other helper's customer service, but the owner won't be taking my money with her anti-cat mentality. I don't trust her with any of my animals.



Will not return and will not recommend.
