I went to Petsense to grab some things for my new puppy. This was one of the best Custer experiences I have had in a long time!! I was greeted when I enters & they offered to help immediately. While I declined needing help, 10 minutes later my hands were full and the manager came and grabbed the stuff from me to take it to the checkout while I continued to shop. I loved it! Then...I made new tags for both of my pups and he was able to explain the writing might be smaller than I am imagining...employees at the other pet stores would have just let you be disappointed! Finally, he was training a new employee & was so patient while she figured out exactly what needed to be done for the checkout process. Take note other businesses.....many times we just want the employees to treat the customer as if we are their friend. We don't need crazy gimmicks or hoopla to bring us back. Petsense is my new go to store for my precious furbabies!!

AWESOME SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF! I've always got so many questions and they answer them all. As soon as you walk in the door they greet you and ask if they can help you find anything. And take you to the products. After I left PetSense (I think I was in there for at least 2 hours) I decided to go by the other big pet store in town. I was greeted by the cashier then....I was on my own. I was there for at least 45 minutes an NEVER was assisted by anyone. I appreciate them and their knowledge A LOT!
