Store needs immediate attention

Our local Wendy's is in dire need of attention. The roof in the dining area had multiple leaks and wet, bulging ceiling tiles filled with rainwater - ready to burst at any moment. There were several other ceiling tiles that had visible black mold on them. My chair and the table were very sticky.

This makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is. If the appearance of the dining room is not important to the owner/manager of this restaurant, what other corners are being cut in the preparation of my food?????
