I recently took my Bissell Carpet Steamer to ABC Vacs in Tulsa because I thought the vacuum motor had gone out on it. The man in the store took one look at it, told me the front plastic piece had broken off and that was why it had no suction. He said that a part that cost about $25 would fix it. So I bought the part and my steamer now works. He could have told me that he would have to take it apart for $40 and find what was wrong. Then he could have said that for $$ he would put a new motor on it for me.. And I would never have known the difference. Honesty is such a rare commodity anymore that I tend to be suspicious of everyone. I was so appreciative of the expertise and honesty of ABC Vacs.

I purchased an excellent reconditioned Rainbow vacuum from Mark at ABC. I was so pleased that I had my daughter purchase the same on line. I highly recommend Mark as a business man who has excellent prices and products. His service is awesome. Annette - Willowbrook, Il.inois

I called for price on a replacement of the dyson dc33 and was quoted 15 for the cord and 20.00 service charge. That told me it would take them 10 mins to do this but still be 20.00. This was a great deal and they were very friendly on the phone. My husband drove down there and was told it would be 85.00 this is a big change from the 35.00. So I called an asked why I was quoted one price and now it's something different , I was told "I don't know what to tell you this is the price" . This was a completely different tone as before. It was almost hostile. I will make sure this place is never used by anyone I know if they are going to be this hateful when I am just asking why I am told two different prices.

Great little vacuum shop, very friendly service and knowledgeable staff. They have new and used vacuums as well as bags and belts for all vacuum cleaners.
