quality used bikes, great service from all employees, had a slight problem and it was quickly resolved with a smile.....been a customer since early 90's when they started with just a few dirtbikes (3 ! ), bought a CR500, and then they "expanded" to watercraft and I bought 3 or 4 from them, plus other assorted dirtbikes, and now this is the 3rd streetbike I've purchased from them. They are as large a dealership now because they do-what-it-takes to create a happy customer - go see them! 918 838-8001 , good rides !

I've been buy parts from these guys for several years and the motorcycle that I was working on at the time, I didn't buy from them but I was stumped on how to pull the engine out of the frame. I called and asked for the service department and the manager by the name of Craig got on the phone. I was shocked to speak a manager and thought he's about to tell me they don't help over the phone and to bring it in. The complete opposite happened. He talked to me about what I needed to do and also went to look up the bike I was working on and called me back with more information. Who does that now days. I was very very impressed would give more stars if available.

Went there in December looking for a 4 wheel drive ATV. All units are priced at least $1000 over NADA average retail. I am a 69 year old disabled Vietnam Vet and had never had an ATV before. Told the salesman I only wanted a four wheel drive. After looking at several which banks would not finance because they were priced too high, found a Kawasaki Prairie. By then, the owner had taken over for the salesman as he couldn't find anything I wanted that could be financed. After locating the Kawasaki I asked the owner if it was a 4 wheel drive. He said he would check on it. He went downstairs and was gone for over 15 minutes. When he came back, he said it was a 4 wheel drive. We went downstairs to sign the contract and complete the purchase. The finance manager would not let me sign the contract without also agreeing to pay $980 extra for a warranty. I refused and got up to leave. At this point the owner and the original salesman stopped me and asked if I really wanted the unit. I said yes, but I was not going to pay for the warranty. They said okay and I went back in and signed the papers which reflected a sales price of over $600 more than I paid but showing a down payment of the difference. The average retail of a our wheel drive unit was under $3100. I paid $3577. After paying the excise tax and buying a new battery, my costs rose to over $4000 for the unit. When it wouldn't start due to a dead battery I went to a local dealer to buy a new battery. While discussing the unit I had purchased, it was determined the unit I had was a two wheel drive, not the four wheel drive I had requested and told the salesman and owner that was the main criteria I had for the purchase of a unit. I wrote the owner and email and told him I had discovered his deception. He called me and told me it was not his intent to deceive me and sell me a unit that had a retail value over $1000 less than what I paid. Remember, I had to pay excise tax on the $4199 they showed as the sales price on the contract instead of the $3577 I actually paid. The owner agreed to let me trade the unit for one with four wheel drive. I reviewed his online inventory and identified two units in my price range. I sent him an email and asked what the trade difference would be and to this day he has never responded to my inquiry.

The salesmen and parts departm...

The salesmen and parts department are competent and courteous. I bought a bike from them and had it's 600 mile service done there. I am pleased with the service and treatment.

Whoever put them down for one star obviously has an axe to grind

Over the years I bought thousands of dollars of stuff from these guys, but never again.

My son was serving with the US Army in Iraq and wanted me to see if I could find a motorcycle for when he came home. He liked the Suzuki GSF 500, and I ended up buying him one at Action Powersports of Tulsa. The bike was less than a year old, had only 800 miles on it, and was still under warranty. The salesman was named "Wally". However, on riding it home a very obvious tapping noise was heard coming from the upper cylinders. It was worse when cold, but it never went away. After a week I called up Wally and told him about it. He said to bring it in and on being questioned, assured me that the warranty would cover any issues.

When I returned to pick it up, they stuck me with a $285.00 bill for a valve adjustment. I contested this because the bike was sold with a warranty, but was told the previous owner hadn't brought it in for its 600 mile check up - therefore the warranty was null and void. What a surprise.

I've no doubt they sold me the bike knowing it hadn't been brought in for its 600 mile check up - if in fact that's truly the case. To top it off, the engine STILL tapped! (it finally went away when we changed out the exhaust)

In my opinion, they'll screw you the second it becomes expedient.
