Horrible customer service. I think it's crazy to pay over $150 to rent a tux. And forget their sales pitch of "Custom Fitting". For my wedding, my groom had a small shirt and vest, jr groomsman had super long sleeves for the jacket, and another groomsman had capris for pants. All shoes had looked like they were taken off of a homeless man. HORRIBLE!!
