Automated Mail has been printing our loyalty program for over a year now. All of the information that we send them is submitted electronically via their secure FTP site. Our loyalty campaign varies from month to month but we normally send out over 75,000 loyalty coupons per month and have over 5 divisions that requires quite a bit of variable data work. All I can say is that the quality and timeliness of Automated Mail's work is excellent. They are true professionals in the mailing services they offer. I would recommend them for any job that requies printing, variable data work, sorting, and mailing.

I am a small business owner and I just used this company for the first time last week to mail 1,500 postcards type advertisements to my customers. In the past my secretary and part time office clerk had been printing out labels from my contact list in Microsoft Outlook and sticking the labels on the postcards and then sticking stamps ($0.44 each) on the postcards to mail them. Last week, my secretary uploaded my contacts list to Automated Mail. They cleaned the mailing list up and inkjetted the address right onto the postcards with a personalized font that I chose. They also used their mailing permit and inkjetted the mailing permit right on the postcard and made them look very professional. The best part is that instead of paying $0.44 for each postcard Automated Mail recommended that I send the postcards by standard mail which meant I only had to pay $0.19 for each postcard. Seriously, the time spent on my end using this company was literally minutes. They did all of the work in very professional manner. They did it how they said they were going to do it. They did it when they said they were going to do it. And my customer received a very attractive postcard advertisment in the mail from me. I second the first review on this site. I would definitely recommend this company and their service to anyone else.

I've used Automated Mail Service now for about 5 years in a variety of capacities--direct mail printing and mailing, mailing list pulls, mail list maintenance, inkjet addressing, tabbing, inserting and sorting. They have always been very polite to me. They are extremely compentent in the mailing business. If I don't know a mail rule or regulation, they are more than happy to help me make sure my mail piece design complies with those postal rules and regs. They have done a great job every time for me whether I am mailing 150 invitations or 50,000 direct mail pieces. I highly recommend this company.
