I rented form Bailey-Foristell Inc for Four Years. When I moved out I had the carpet and house professionally cleaned. They will not give me my deposit back stating that I did not clean the house or the carpets. I have receipts for everything that I had done. The house was in better shape when I moved out than when I moved in. BEWARE of RENTING from them!!! They will not give you back the deposit even if you have the receipts!!

I had a great experience with Bailey-Foristell. Whenever I needed help with a repair, they did it. These two other reviews sound like a couple of whiny babies! I read my lease, I obeyed my lease, I got a security deposit refund and I liked my duplex - a lot. I wouldn't have left if I hadn't bought a house. I would recommend Bailey-Foristell to anyone.

They are incredibly rude, if say your air conditioner goes out over the weekend don't expect to hear from them until Monday. In my case I got an Email in the afternoon. Really not even a phone call? They threaten to charge me every time I have someone out to fix the air or the disposal. I will be moving and never rent from them again. I sit here with no air and a flooded living room that I called about yesterday. Called back this morning to see if they had even contacted anyone since no one had gotten back to me and got the rudest answer ever. Don't rent from them.

These guys ripped me off. They rented us a house with a caved in, unsafe back porch. The " high efficiency" washer/dryer was older than me and filthy. They said in the lease we couldn't paint but then charged me for paint after I moved out. The water heater was over 50 years old and leaked gas. The sewage line backed up and the day after they sent a plumber out we were burglarized. When I called to point out the coincidence they said. " the plumber couldn't have done it because he is a Christian." They also overstated the square footage by 30%. They claimed the bathroom has been re-done but that was misleading. The closet in the 2nd bedroom had a hole in it to the outside. Beware of bailey foristell, they nothing but greedy middle men and will take your money.
