Though there was a misunderstanding on the recovery of the vehicle, not only did Sam Baker damage my vehicle he then refused to fix it and his office refused to give me their insurance information. Caught them in 3 lies in 30 minutes and even one of their auto body guys said to Sam it is a fresh dent with white paint from their wrecker. Refused to fix a $400 issue, I'd hate to see what they do when their is a major issue! Also owns Auto Outlet on 11th between Sheridan and Memorial!
