Very good place to live it is close to shopping centers and has a really good laundry place. Very Pet Friendly and Friendly Staff i would recommend to live to here.

Very helpful staff and quite and family friendly place to live. Very good pet policy and dedicated dog area. I have live here for 3 months now and i would recommend it to friends and family.

I've been a resident at City Garden Apartments for nearly 3 years, & find it quiet & without the violence you find in so many apartment communities. Management is always helpful, & any maintenance problems are promptly dealt with. New management recently took over & there have been several improvements to the property, including a fenced dog run & new laundry machines. There is night security to deal with any after-hours problems. It is an ideal community for small families & elderly.

I have lived in hell holes and lemme tell ya, this place is a breath of fresh air! Affordable rent, fast and thorough maintenance, no bugs, 24/7 laundry facility, management is friendly and always in the office during business hours and my neighbors are peaceful, waving to me when they see me. If you are looking for a cozy new home, look no further! :)
