There ok. But there are some things worng. But its a place to live.come look at and see wat you think.may god blesse you.

Compared to what this place used to be it's an Oasis. The new owner has put a significant amount of labor into not only renovating the place but doing all that he(or she?) can to evacuate the place of the crime-prone tenants. The place has new roofing, carpeting, plumbing, siding, railing, stairs, landscaping, parking, and a even a playground. This place has been completely cleaned up in every way. The fact that its close to the freeway is great and the price is utterly cheap. The place has truly done a 180 and I would sincerely recommend living at Compass Pointe, for I enjoy it..
