I recently went to Dr. Grover' s office where I had one of the worst customer services of my life. I have never been treated so rudely or have been so disrespected EVER. The receptionist had some of worst Customer service skills I have ever seen. I have been a patient of this practice for over 30+ years and I will never, ever step foot in this office again.

I have been a patient of Dr. Grover and/or this practice for over 30+ years. I was in his office on Monday, 08/24/15, and had the absolute worst customer service experience of my life. The receptionist was so hateful and rude. It really was shocking the way she treated me and the way she talked to me. Even now, three days later, I am in disbelief over the event. I told this lady that she was losing a loyal customer, and not just one customer but actually four customers. This practice lost my entire family business; she absolutely didn't care. She continued to be nasty, rude, and ugly. I will never set foot in this office again.
