I've been a patient of Dr. Miller for over 3 years. I highly recommend her. She's professional and warm and personal at the same time. She listens and converses with experience, intelligence, empathy and compassion.

Dr. Miller is a good doctor but she needs to do something about her staff. I came in the last 3 times and had to wait an hour plus and I was 10 minutes late(I called beforehand and let them know) and they gave away my appointment and did not bother to tell me. I sat there an hour in the middle of my work day and then decided to ask when I would be seen and she informed me they were trying to "fit" me in. I have a hard time waiting so long for them and they cannot show me courtesy when I am always early and waiting so long for them. I expressed this and she told me that she had been there three years and they had never been running that late! It is always somebody different working the front desk when I am there. I told her I would wait while she looked at my last visits to see what time I checked in and what time I was seen and she refused to look! She also refused to get a message to the doctor! One time when I was waiting and hour plus I had to reschedule because I had to go back to work and they gave me a hard time about refilling my meds until the next appointment!! Not the doctor, the staff!! She had no problem filling my meds and none of them are controlled substances and are all low dose and they treated me like I was drug seeking. On my next appointment I informed the doctor that they did this and she apologized and confirmed that she saw that they had made a mistake in my record and said that she was so sorry and she would talk to them. People are coming there for help and they should not be treated as if they don't matter.

I would not recommend this doctor to anyone, especially those who seek treatment and are emotionally and mentally vulnerable. She lacks empathy and interactions with her seem completely disconnected. She has a very odd demeanor, I did not feel safe or at ease with this doctor. She talks at you and seeks no feedback or your point of view on your treatment as a patient. She is an example of those bad doctors overseas you see on TV and I'm only saying this because it's complete true and do not want anyone to go through the same experience at the expense of your well being. Please if you are seeking treatment, find another doctor.
