Provided by YP.comPurchased an order months ago and never received a call letting me know my order was 'lost.' Called them to reorder to have them tell me they no longer carry that color in that style. They offered a different style which I gave the ok to order and they said they would call me when it arrives. Been weeks now and I called back to see what's going on. They said that the order had been cancelled and that I didn't place another order after my first initial order was lost. If I had cancelled it I would've asked for a refund....... Now I have to wait another week to see if my order will ever arrive. Where is the courtesy in letting your customers know about their lost orders. Paid $30 months ago and I still haven't gotten my item.
