Researched the local control 4 dealers most said they had a show room and all they had was a warehouse (if anyone was even there). Elite was able to show me the product and helped us understand home automation. The installation was flawless and the customer service was even better.

Recently used Elite to upgrade my theater. Scott worked with me to get the most bang for the buck. I purchased a new projector, Marantz AV receiver and new remote. The installers were neat and professional. Will use them in the future. Terry T

Rob and his team did a great job with my home theater setup. They assisted us with every step in the process from picking the right equipment for our room to installation. They even provided excellent post-installation support. I'll absolutely use them for my next project.

There are many companies out there who offer either great products , great service, or affordable prices. In the last 7 years, I have exclusively hired Elite Sound and Cinema for many projects in my home because I have never found a company that truly delivered in all three areas. I have purchased 7 plasma TVs, a home theater room, and had them design and install an outside entertainment area that had to withstand the weather. I have been so impressed with their concern to make sure that I was completely satisfied, and to this day they continue to check on me to make sure that I am still happy with their work. The biggest reason I continue to use and recommend this company is because if their integrity. I am very ignorant about home entertainment systems and it was obvious. They actually helped me save money and recommended some less expensive options that met my needs just as well as the much more expensive choices that I was already willing to pay for. How many companies would do that today?? I really appreciate the character of the owner, Rob Smith, and appreciate that he puts people before profit. Because of that , they have a loyal customer for life...

I had Rob and his team prewire my home while it was under construction & they took the time to understand how I wanted to use my system so it was installed right from the start.

I've been dealing with Rob since they opened in 1999 and have had nothing but great experiences with Rob and Elite Sound and Cinema, they have done everything from prewiring our new home built in 2002 to providing all of our equipment for a home theater as well as installing and programing Control4, nothing but professionalism from Elite and the entire staff!

I recently had elite out to hang 3 tv's in my house they did an awesome job. Very professional, cleaned up after themselves, wiring was amazing looking in my equipment rack. Overall did a really nice job, and would recommend them for anyone needing audio/video work.

I've done business with Elite Sound for several years and have always had good experiences. Rob and Scott are both very dedicated to taking care of my wishes and I feel I have received great customer service from them. For anything in your home from a simple surround system to having you entire house decked out with A/V and automation, I highly recommend them.

I had Elite Sound install my theater system and they were fantastic. My salesman Rob was honest as the day is long and even talked me out of spending so much money. I wanted to buy a few things that were not necessary and Rob could have easily taken my money and sold me the items but he educated me on why it was not necessary and I really appreciated that.It is rare when a company really cares about what they do and I felt these guys did the system like they would in their own home. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the market for a theater or automations system. These guys Rock

These guys are crooks. Purchased a item online, came defective and contacted them. They basically called me a idiot and that i didn't know what I was doing. They said to ship it back for a refund. I shipped it back two weeks later after contacting the MFG and they refuse to refund. They also refuse to ship the unit back!



STAY AWAY! Stay far away!
