Carefully read the other review of this place entitled “Adding Insult to Injury.” I believe this reviewer is right on target, because I too had distasteful experiences at this place. I won’t ever use Excel Therapy again.

This is a very impersonal place to go. If you want to be treated like a person, don't go here. My wife had shoulder surgery done and was just starting rehab. The first visit this week we were one of five patients and only one PT guy. The visit was impersonal, but we assumed it was because he was busy. This was the first time meeting with him. He plopped a warm towel on my wife's shoulder and stated his name and "It's nice to meet you" after he had already started walking away. Today we asked about some other prescriptions that we brought in. He couldn't find them, so that was that. No let me search some more for them or what were they for or what are your other injuries. Just can't find them. He managed to ask all these questions of another patient he was interviewing for the first time. This was our third visit and nobody asked us any questions. When we told him we were not happy with the service, he told use to leave the premises. He also stated he was the owner. An owner that has no concern for his patients, unbelievable. My advice to everyone is to stay away from this place.
