Always such a great experience at Factory Tile! Drew and his crew are always upbeat, helpful and very knowledgeable! They typically have a larger and more unique selection than Lowe's or the other big box stores the prices are just as reasonable and the customer service put them over the top. Shop local! 😊

My wife and I were looking to do a bathroom remodel and everyone at Factory Tile was extremely helpful in making suggestions on which tile to go with!



Keith at Elite Tile did the install and I'm very happy with how it turned out and I plan on returning when I'm ready to do my kitchen.

We had two different floor crews from Factory Tile. Crew # one left my floors in worse condition than they found them. They were to lay 16" porcelain tile in three bathrooms, three closets, on pantry, two entry ways, kitchen & fireplace hearth. They used terra cotta grout, which I specifically said not to, I wanted dark chocolat brown. All the grout lines are extremely uneven, one of the crew members brought his girlfriend to the job & wanted her to be able to use my wireless router for her computer so she'd have something to do. I said no, he & his girlfriend spent the night on an air mattress in our room without our knowledge, the floors ended up with a pink haze all over them so one guy put mop-n-glow on one of them. They left a huge bump in the front entry so the door won't open if there is tie or wood down. This was Bryan Moore & his crew. Don't hire them. They do not know what they're doing.



Crew # two, Bill Stepp & Brian Crawford, were to clean up the til that was installed by crew # one, repair & replace tiles, finish installing. Bill Stepp had no help & was physically unable to perform the job due to health issues related to his heart condition. Brian Crawford was to lay the engineere plank flooring. He did a terrible job, left gaps, some of the ends were split & he left them. When I asked him to please clan up when he was finished so I could actually see the floor he got mad & spun out in his truck but called a helper who was still here & screamed & cussed so loudly that we all heard him. Again, do not use him.



Factory Tile obviously does not care about the quality of work. Do not do business with them.
